These CPUs works in R60, T60, Z61 series presuming a 945 chipset and not 940. Ask me if you're unsure.

I also have a *ton* of older P4M and Pentium M CPUs, let me know if you need a specific one and I'll search for it...the same applies to older wireless/Bluetooth cards...

1) A complete working 14" XGA (1024x768) T4x LCD assembly, very clean and bright screen, very clean lid, everything included. Ships with a clear plate of your choice.$25

2) 15" SXGA+ (1400x1050) IPS FlexView LCDs, LG Philips, FRUs will vary, pulled out of the working T60/p units - $30 and up

While you could possibly get it to work, it would likely never work as well as the screens originally shipped with T60/p series, but it most definitely would not work "out of the box".

If you're intent on building a Frankie with a SXGA+ IPS panel, this is as good as it gets:

But thanks for the info and reminder link of RBS post. I had seen that thread before but was hoping on spending a bit less than that if I could.

Any chance you have a 755 or 765 Pentium-M? And willing to ship to europe?

While I'm always happy to ship anything and everything apart from batteries abroad, I have no PM 755 or 765 CPUs to offer at the moment...

I have a XGA T60 and a spare SXGA+ screen, but no inverter to do the conversion

You can temporarily use the XGA inverter.
Its output is just a little bit less than an SXGA+/UXGA inverter's, but at least it's a workable solution till you find the proper inverter.
Swapping out an inverter is a lot easier than the whole LCD panel.
You can also use the 13R1014/13R1015 inverter for SXGA+/UXGA (which is even harder to find) .
