Lenovo X61 Tablet PC Recovery Discs

Hi everybody,
I have a Lenovo X61 ThinkPad and the the hard drive is giving me problems. I would like to know if there are any recovery discs out there that I can get my hands on to restore the hard drive to its original factory settings. Any help is appreciated.

I have had this computer for so long that the COA sticker on the bottom of the ThinkPad is all worn out. It is a Windows Vista Business 32-bit.
