I want to buy Recovery Cd in Italian Language Part Number 39K9216 for Ibm T43 2668. Please let me know if there is someone thet has these cd.

Microsoft has free Windows Language Pack Downloads for Windows Vista Ultimate and Windows 7 Ultimate:

The Language Packs aren't available on other Windows (except for Enterprise, where special corporate arrangements are made.)

Vista Ultimate* $30 each COA and $10 disc (32 or 64bit, your choice)
(you would want the 32 bit for your T43)

You could purchase the Windows Vista Ultimate and do a fresh install on your T43 -- then download the free Italiano Language Pack from Microsoft Windows Update -- download any needed drivers from Lenovo System Update -- and your T43 will be up and running Italiano style

Can you help me understand the advantage of using Lenovo XPP restore disks to return your T43 to original factory condition over using your Italian Windows XPP install disk (which I think I remember you said you already have) to do a fresh install? When you restore to factory condition, don't you still have to do all the Microsoft and Lenovo updates before your machine is operational? If you use your XPP install disks and then use Microsoft Update and Lenovo System Update, wouldn't the result be very similar?
