I have here a Genuine lenovo refurbished board with nVidia graphics, installed by On-Site Warranty repairs.
The board is out of a T61, 14.1" (standard) with discrete nVidia NVS140m graphics. Before the board was pulled I ran it though my full testing regime running 24/7 for a full 7 days while temps are monitored, including a 4 hour GPU stress test while the chips temperature and performance are monitored and this one passed just as I'd expect it to. The GPU chip looks original and has been certified by Lenovo as being good and will come with Middleton bios installed and ready to go.
These boards are very difficult to find, I've only found two out of hundreds of laptops evaluated to source replacement boards. I'm pricing this board at $249, which is no where near the (approx) $600-700 Lenovo charges for this board.
***Note: All T61 4:3 boards are manufactured before 08/08 and come with risk, but if you want powerful graphics in your Standard (non-widescreen) or FrankenPad, then you have to accept the risk. In this case the risk is minimized as much as is humanly possible, certified by Lenovo and well tested my myself.***
This would be a great foundation for anyone building a T60/T61 FrankenPad and wants something more powerful then the integrated Intel graphic system.
