Ive been cleaning my atic and i found thinkPad 300 form IBM.
I would like to know how much is worth and if someone is interested on it.
It works perfectly ive tried it and i have the charger and the mouse that was with it

A little more info would help. What's the 7 digit machine type on the bottom of the machine?

The 386sl25 is an ibm copy of the 386sx25 intel chip. It's basically a 386 chip on a 286 board, so the internal processor is 32bit bit the databus to the memory is 16bit. These chips won't run win95 in full 32bit mode, but you can get it to work, however they are designed for DOS with Windows 3.x. The chip also has a limited ability of ram expansion due to the 16bit bottleneck. I don't recall exactly, but I think maybe 8mb will be your max ram, or it may be 16, but you may also be limited by the available module size for that model.

These chips are usually soldered on the boards, but I have in the past used cpu upgrades made by Cyrix, they clip ontop of the Intel soldered 386 chip and upgrade it to 486 and double the clock speed. It requires about 1/4 of space over the chip and it's helpful if you can use a heatsink on it too. I may have one of these if someone wants to have some fun with some old hardware, but I have no idea if it will work on the ibm sl series, but they are fully compatible with the intel chips. I also have them to replace the socketed 386dx chips.

ps. I was able to find it in some old IBM documents, its a VGA monochrome screen, 640x480, base ram of 4mb upgradeable to 12, available with 80 or 120mb harddrive and floppy drive. These were first offered in 1992, withdrawn in 1993.

It works perfectly ive tried the excel and its like any other im no 100%percent sure the battery works but the computer itself goes smothly .it was from my father and he used it for a little period of time since then it has been in its bag without any scratch or something like that
