Docking stations, Advanced (full and mini) 2503 2504 $10-$55

Got a few docks in, starting with the advanced mini dock starting at $10 ($15 with key) and the full size Advanced dock with the ultrabay slot and PCIe slot for adding a graphic card $50 ($55 with key).
Shipping is $12 domestic for 1-2 mini docks, and $15 for 1-2 full docks
These fit T/R/W/Z series 60/61/400/500
Advanced dock includes cord, the mini dock uses your notebook power supply. If you want an extra I have them for $16.

Not quite. Advanced Mini-Dock comes with its own 90W PSU. It is the same PSU and same connector that is used by the laptop, but if you try to power it with the 65W PSU (which some Thinkpads originally come with), you may run into issues.

Yes, I'd definitely recommend 90w power supply for the mini dock, the full dock has internal power supply so it's not an issue.
As mentioned, the 90w adapters are available if needed.
