Finally found this in my basement, and the X61 tablet it came with is long since sold. I bought a 4-cell that was used most of the time, and that is why I still have this left over.
I have no way to test it, but as far as I can remember, it was in the green. If you're not satisfied, I'll give you a refund if you send me a screenshot of the status first so that I have it for reference.
I don't have a picture, but it's in fine physical condition, and there is nothing remarkable about the appearance.
