I just had to google the address on that sticker, it's a "goodwill" store in florida lol
Someone dropped it off there as a donation, it has nothing at all to do with the product as the seller believes.
Regarding the computer, it's a great thing for a collector, but pretty much useless as far as something to use, from what I can tell. I doubt it would be able to load any webpages in use today, but for someone who enjoys collecting these things it would surely be a nice find.
