Source for hard drive caddy?

After installing a rather tight-fitting hard drive into a T420s, I tried to pull it out - and pulled out the plastic tab, leaving the drive inside. I was able to get the drive out by inserting small screwdrivers in the two screw-holes in the bottom of the drive and pulling, but it's time to get a replacement caddy, I think.

Is there a good source of sturdy hard drive caddies? I would expect that most of those for sale on eBay are made of tissue paper and cellophane.

Or is there a reliable way I can paste that tab back in the existing caddy?

Thanks for any help.

I use a wide masking-tape, taping it on both sides of the metal frame.
