First Merry Christmas everyone!

Recently I bought a 15" Thinkpad T43, ATI X300 graphics laptop, XGA display:
Machine TYPE: 2668-F5G

Nice and well working machine - would like to make it my main working machine at home. I have already replaced/installed a brand new heatsink fan (cool and quite) and “like new” second hand NMB keyboard.

Now I'm looking for "Grade A" Flexview IPS screen - preferably SXGA+, but UXGA resolution is also OK. I have all the necessary cables and inverters for both resolutions (got them on eBay).

I've never had an IPS screen, and reading the forum here how superior they are to the usual TN screens, decided to find and install one. UXGA (1600x1200) resolution will produce too small letters to read for me, that is why I would prefer SXGA+ (1400x1050) IPS screen.

I am looking for bright and crisp IPS panel. Please don’t send me offers for dim and washed out stuff.

Reading some posts here about T43 (ATI) display upgrades I understand that also 15” IPS panel from T60p (BOE-Hydis UXGA FFS screen, 13N7194) should be a simple drop-in replacement:

I just replied to your PM, sorry for the delay but I had been away. I have some brand new 15" sxga+ screens. They are original lenovo NOS screens manufactured by LG Philips, the same model used in T60p and T60, but will also work in your system providing you have the proper cable and inverter.

They are $60 each plus shipping and combined shipping is welcomed and encouraged if anyone wants a quantity of them.
