If T430 machines work like T420 machines, all these models are the same. I need copies of factory media, not disks burned from the recovery partion. Pm with info. Thanks

Bump out of curiosity, what's the difference between factory recovery media and those generated by the recovery software?

The ones from recovery software won't work on all the types that factory software will

You can download ISO of Windows 7 for free and legally: http://en.community.dell.com/support-fo ... river.aspx

But obviously, you would still need to get Lenovo's software and drivers separately.
