Recovery CD's t23

My Thinkpad will not boot .
Error Windows could not start because the followig file is missing or corrupt
Windows\System32\Config\System
Please tell me how and where to purchase recovery disks for my Thinkpad T23 2648 with XP Professional.

But, I have no idea how to make a disk out of what you posted.
I would by happy to pay to have a disk I can just insert and run.

I have been trying to recover my T23 to its factory state (XP Pro) for days with no luck. And now I can't even see my recovery partition anymore when viewing the drive partition contents (using a Knoppix CD). If possible, please PM the links to the Recovery CD set. With best wishes.

Hello everyone,
First post, but a loooong-time lurker.
According to Lenovo's legacy page for
T23 Recovery CD FRUs, the latest P/N is 32P7276, which replaces 32P7166, 32P6722, and 14P9720.
I imagine that the only difference between the different CD sets are integrated service packs and newer drivers, so any set will do.
