WTB/LF: SIM Card slot FRU# 41W1309

I am in need of a couple SIM card readers (slots in the manual) for Z61m. As the subject line says, the FRU for the reader is 41W1309.

What about compatible units? Or schematic of the unit as it looks like I may have to build my own.
