WTB: T61p with Fastest Processor

hello all ,
Long time thinkpad user , currently on T61 running mint linux
Looking for a bigger screen thinkpad .. i think T61p or something similar
an integrated camera would be nice , but i dont know what unit has those.
Please email if you have one for sale .. i think t9500 is the fastest processor that looks like it might be the one .
