WTB - W701 thinkpad with digitizer

Looking to buy a Thinkpad W701 with digitizer pad. Prefer 940xm and 3800m if possible. The dual screen and pantone are not important to me.

Not really interested in the W700 line with the core 2 processors.

Looking for it to be in very good shape with a 64bit OS with COA.

My price range is around the $1000 range give or take depending on the exact specs of the computer and any accessories.
