Hi ,
I need some help with restoring my ThinkPad's to their factory pre installation, and I hope I came to the right place…
My ThinkPad's are:

1. Thinkpad 240x type2612
2. ThinkPad i Series 1124 2609-53J (that is the Japanese version for the 240x, so I can actually use the same recovery cd.
3. ThinkPad s30 2639-4WJ
4. ThinkPad 701c (butterfly).

None of them has any restore partition and all of them are toady blank now, so my purpose is to try and install each one of them with its recovery cd's, if by any chance anyone still have them.

I will be happy to pay for any copy of that recovery cd.
I was thinking that even a clone of a hard drive will do the job.

Any help/advice will be much appreciated!!!

This is the right place to look for support for these older systems. I've moved your thread into the Marketplace as that's the most appropriate forum for this request.

There will not be a recovery CD for the 701C; too old. For the others there will be somewhere out there.

I can get you windows, or windows/dos cd or floppy disc sets in disc images you can burn and install, from there you'd only need to install the thinkpad specific drivers. All I'd need to know is exactly what versions you want for each and some time to get them together.
