Throughout history men have kept mistresses for entertainment, but now it's thinkpads... remind her of this and she might not mind so much lol

My line is generally "Isn't it better that I'm into playing with Thinkpads/guitars/weird old-ish European cars/my road bicycle/hi-fi gear rather than drugs/drinking?"

More often than not, I get a favourable response...

Otherwise, proffering a gift of photographic or culinary equipment (preferably of equal or lesser value than the particular "sin" in question) generally smooths things over.

When I wanted my 12mp Cannon SLR Rebel camera I asked her if she would be my model so I can do a photoshoot... no point in buying the camera if I didn't have someone to do the photoshoot with. She totally fell for it

A successful relationship requires you know what she likes, and more important what she hates and avoids, such as reading in a computer forum (luckily) in my case or I'd be toast right about now

These batteries will fit T61 14.1" standard screen or 15.4" widescreen as well as the other series listed but will not fit 14.1 widescreen.
