The title on the box is "Thinkpad T40/R50 Series 9 Cell"
IBM part number 92P1102
It is shipped directly from IBM, not some copycat version (or OEM version). Anyway, it is what you get when you buy from IBM website since that is where I got it.
It is 9 Cell.
USD 150 shipped through Priority Mail.
