FS T61 14" widescreen Intel Graphics 1440x900 Very nice

I have a couple of these available, one of the most affordable and reliable thinkpads made with the cool, efficient and bulletproof Intel graphics and the uncommon wxga+ 1440x900 screen option. The screens on these are pretty much flawless!!! and I'm offering them as they come into liquidation as barebone units starting at only $125 plus shipping.

I've selected the best available of a large shipment. Primary concern was screen condition and wear as well as stability when testing. You can expect only slight to moderate normal wear and a beautiful screen. All parts are included except for harddrive, battery and AC adapter, all of which I can provide if needed.

Cpu 2.0ghz (upgrades available)
Ram: Free upgrade to 2gb, further upgrades available to 3 or 4gb. If you want 5, 6 or 8 you can ship me the ram and I'll install it for you.
Optical: CDrw/DVDrom (upgrade to DVDmultiburner for only $15 *half price*)
HDD: None (I have a few 80gb drives I can include for a very modest fee)
AC adapter: None (65 or 90w available for $16)
Middleton Bios installed enabling full SATA2 support

Units have all been fully tested and will make a Great high-end system with the addition of a fast cpu, ram and ssd, or a very respectable and economical system that you will (no doubt) get many years of use from at a very affordable price.

I also have a couple genuine batteries available (green) starting at only $30 and one panasonic 6cell extended battery with 100% remaining and 0 cycles for $60.

The T61 series is probably the most "bang for the buck" you can get in todays market. It shares much of it's hardware with other models. The Integrated Intel x3100 gpu is known to be virtually indestructable and provides 3D graphic performance that far exceeds any previous integrated graphic solution. With support for full SATA2 enabled you can get the benefits of todays fast SSD drives and support for upto 2.6ghz CPU and upto 8gb of ram. The high resolution 1440x900 is the best screen available on this line and is rarely seen on the units with Intel graphics. I'll also add that I've never had one of these units in this condition, with this screen at such an affordable price and I'm happy to pass these nice machines onto my fellow forum members.
