2) The item is used, but in good condition. It's probably at least three years old. I would not count on any warranty.

8) I'm selling the item because the ThinkPad I was using it in bit the dust due to a motherboard issue and I don't have the inclination to fix it. I've never had an issue with the drive in the years I've had it and being that it's basically an Intel drive with a Kingston label, it's a quality SSD. It'll come wiped and ready to go.
