Montreal, Canada wants a Thinkpad X22 enclosure $25 or less

Hello. I would like to spruce up my antique IBM Lenovo Thinkpad X22 which I purchased used in late 2006. It has worked like a slugger 12 hours a day for years, and is now disintegrating.
I would like to put it back together. It has broken hinges, keyboard and back port.
I would like to buy:
[a] anything cheap to fix all these things; and
preferably, just come up with a replacement X22 to which I can add my old X22's ram etc.
I do not need the hard drive, docking station, charger, or external wireless card, I have all this.
I can indeed pay via PayPal, but I would prefer to skip shipping, if I can find an X22 in Montreal, and go pay cash and pick it up using bus fare.
