SOLD: T520i with issues for parts/project machine $219

I purchased this T520i a while ago and did not know until later that it probably has a defective motherboard. The machine may work just fine for a week, but then it will just shut off. Sometimes after it quits, it will beep after pressing the power button, 1-3-3-1 beeps. Oftentimes, it will just boot right up again.

I sold off the battery, hard drive, keyboard, memory cover and hard drive cover. I replaced the battery with a genuine but defective one, the hard drive with a working 60GB drive and the keyboard with a partially working keyboard. The overall cosmetic condition is excellent. The LCD looks new. The good and bad are listed below. (Please save me from a complete part-out!)

The LCD assembly looks almost new
Camera is included in LCD assembly
Hinges are perfect
Base plastics look new
Base mobo frame is probably perfect
i3 CPU works like new
Memory seems fine
Fan works like new
Wifi adapter is fine
Bluetooth module is fine
DVDR is like new
Touchpad / upper bezel assembly is in nice condition
60GB 5400 rpm drive seems fine
Drive caddy and rails are included
Windows 7 Pro 64 COA is intact & installed

The BAD
Motherboard is probably defective
Keyboard is defective
Battery is defective
No memory cover
No hard drive cover
Mising some base screws
No AC adapter
