FYI: Several different models came from the factory with built-in wireless and XGA display: 2647-4NU, 2647-8NU, 2647-8SU, 2647-N16, 2647-4SU and that's just the ones that I own/owned.
Also, it appears that 2648-KU2 originally came with an XGA screen:
PIII-M 1.13GHz (512KB), 256MB RAM, 20.0GB HDD, 14.1 XGA(1024x768) TFT LCD,
8x-3.3x DVD-ROM, Modem(MPCI), Ethernet(CDC), TV out, Li-Ion battery, Win2000

Interesting. I know for sure it had an SXGA+ screen at some point, so I might have swapped an entire lid on it ages ago. It was very yellowed and I lent it out and they hated how everything looked small on it, thus the XGA swap. I guess it's closer to original than I thought.
