Few months ago I built myself another Frankie but now it's time to sell this incredible machine.
It is based on T60 and aside from few wear marks, it looks very nice.
Specs:
Core 2 Duo T9300 2.5 GHz CPU, with Dual-IDA I have used it at 2.7 GHz and it is very snappy. T61p heatsink, very efficient. CPU and GPU run cool and GPU never exceeds 75 C.
4 GB RAM
80GB HDD running at SATAII speeds. Can add SSD for additional cost.
DVD Multiburner
Quadro FX 570M graphics card. The fastest you can put in this machine. The donor system was bought with full history, no abuse and no failures. Guaranteed no DOA!
SXGA+ 1400x1050 IPS FlexView LCD, almost new. It is very bright, has no defects and has absolutely stunning colors.
Original Lenovo 9cell battery, in GREEN.
NMB keyboard
Integrated smart card reader (from 4:3 T61), very nice and convenient option (at least for me, Estonian ID-card allows bank transfers, voting on elections, email authentication etc etc).

Machine has proper T61p clearplates, is very silent and fast.

I'm asking 475 euros for this machine which is a bargain considering the upgrades. Shipping is ~€20 to Europe, ~40€ to US/Canada.

EDIT: Sale pending (waiting for payment).

Here are some photos. There is little to no shine on keyboard or palmrest, but palmrest has some sort of rubbing mark at the upper right side.
Lid looks very good.

Is it still available? If so I would perhaps be interested.

Could you please tell me the manufacturing date of the mainboard/GPU, I am a little afraid of a possible future GPU failure... And is the AC adapter included?

BTW do you know if I could replace the keyboard keys with my T42 keys (NMB keyboard also) to have a French layout?

Many thanks.

Unfortunately the keys are not interchangeable between T4x and T6x series, even with NMB keyboard. I remember once trying it and it did work one way, but not another (key did kept coming off). Unfortunately I don't remember which way it was (perhaps it was T42 where I tried to put T6x NMB keys, but not sure at the moment). Also the letter fonts are a bit different between those two (T4x letters are fatter).

GPU date cannot be determined but the machine where the board came from was dated from january 2008. There were no post 8/8 14.1 4:3 boards with FX570m graphics afaik, but most of the boards that fail have already done so by now :)
Most important is to know the history of the donor machine and two 14.1 T61p's that I have aquired over the last year came from corporate sale and have been only in business use, so far no failures at all.

AC adapter is obviously included, a 90W unit.
