Looking the hard drive cover and screw for a T410s ThinkPad. (T400s also compatible) Unfortunately I can't seem to find a FRU for it in the Hardware Maintenance Manual.

I will buy 2 or more if you have them available.

eBay has plenty of them. Just search for ThinkPad T410s Hard Drive Cover with Screw. Actually, the image that you posted is from the ebay auctions.
