This T510 is in excellent condition and has an ideal set of specifications including a Core i5 processor, excellent high resolution HD+ (1600 x 900) LCD, NVidia dedicated graphics, 7200 rpm drive, Bluetooth, webcam, DVD burner, fingerprint reader and excellent 9 cell battery. The LCD is bright and the hinges are tight. Cosmetically, only minor wear is shown on the plastics in a few spots, if you look closely.

there is still is an integrated graphics chip to whom i can switch manually, right?

Well, this one has dedicated NVIDIA graphics, not the dual switchable Optimus chipset, so no switching to Intel.

Now that the warranty has expired, it can be extended another one or two years, but it's more expensive than if it were still under warranty. So, it's probably not worth the cost. The most expensive items, LCD or motherboard, would be less to buy used than the cost of the warranty. It is more cost effective to replace if they go bad in the next two years.

Bottom line, graphics not switchable & not worth upgrading the warranty (but possible).
