WTB-T60P Motherboard or barebones unit

I need a replacement motherboard for a T60P, 200793U. The part number is 41W1370. This is my wife's machine and she'd prefer to have it repaired rather than replaced. I'm open to options or suggestions to get her back in business. Possibly also consider a barebones unit in order to reuse her HD, memory and recent new battery.
Would appreciate any assistance or advise.
