For these items, I will only ship within the Continental United States. All items are sold AS-IS.
I have two X61 Tablets for sale. One is the 1.8GHz Core 2 Duo and the other is the 1.6GHz Core 2 Duo I will update with additional details such as the model number shortly. I purchased both of these machines second hand and have used them for work and play since March 2013.
The 1.8GHz X61T specs:
Type 7764-CTO
4GB Ram
150GB HDD
Wireless, Verizon WWAN card
PCMCIA slot and SD Card reader are fully functional.
Stylus, Battery, and AC Adapter included.
No OS installed
Will include Lenovo Software Recovery disks and copy of Android 4 for X61
This model has a multi-touch screen that needs to be replaced, there is some discoloration on the screen that I understand is glue. A stylus is included and the machine works well apart from the discoloration. There are no dead pixels on the 1028x768 screen. Fingerprint reader and all screen controls work. Previous owner included copies of Software Recovery software, I believe two of the disks were backups of the OS, as well.

Wireless, Bluetooth
PCMCIA slot and SD Card read are fully functional.
Stylus, Battery, and AC Adapter included.
Ubuntu 13 OS installed
This model is the standard 1028x768 screen. The finger print scanner does not appear to function - either disabled in BIOs or disconnected. All screen buttons are functional and working. There is come cosmeticplastic damaged from the bottom right corner below the Thinkpad logo on the palmrest alsoat the right top outer edge of the screen. This does not affect performance Otherwise the system works very well. It is also missing the screen latch.
