I have a few of these available, some brand new (NOS) from an original Case, genuine Lenovo parts manufactured by LG-Philips for only $60 each.

I also have some... used ones for only $30. Temp out of used ones but PM if interested and I'll check what's available.

Shipping within the usa is a flat $15, International will vary, message me for an estimate.

If you're converting from an XGA screen you'll also need to replace the inverter. I have a suitable inverter I can provide for $5 with screen purchase (fru 41w1338) which supports xga, sxga+, uxga, wxga, wsxga+ and wuxga in models T60 15 and 15.4, T61 15.4", T500, W500 and others.

Can it be adjusted to 14.1 sxga+ model of t60 somehow? Maybe with different lid?

Well, if you want to really stretch your imagination you could replace the lid, frame, lower cover, keyboard bezel, interposer, palmrest and several other pieces you could convert your 14.1" into a 15",but it would be easier to just get a 15".

I can get the 14.1 screens but I haven't seen any NOS in years and they aren't going to be a bargain like these screens. The ones I've sold recently have ranged from $20-80 plus shipping depending on condition.
