Up for grabs is a matched pair of Lenovo-issued Samsung DIMMs, 2GB PC2-5300 (DDR 2 667MHz) laptop RAM, FRU 40Y8404, pulled out of a X61 tablet, fully tested against errors with the latest version of memtest 86.
These will work in the following ThinkPads:
R60, R61 and all the sub-models
T60/p, T61/p
X60, X61 and all sub-models including tablets
Z61e, Z61m, Z61p, Z61t
