used on both T61 and X61. Should be compatible with R61 and T61P as well. Probably T60, T60P, X60 too.
Bought about one year and a half ago, I only used it for a few months, then I switched to 4GB.
I had a couple of runs with memtest86+ after I bought it, and it tested fine.
