THIS IS FOR MY R50 Ive been pricing it and I think that someone here could help me out to get a better deal on just as good of RAM as IBM could sell me:

If I buy the 1 GB I want everything that originally came with it to install it. I want to find this for 150-165 dollars shipped! But tell me how much you are willing to sell it for and we will talk!

If I buy the 512 MB I want everything that originally came with it to install it. I want to find this for 70-85 dollars shipped! But again tell me how much you are willing to sell it for and we will talk!

Don't know where you're located but this is in your requirements. It's new, guaranteed for life and free shipping.

Check mwave, they have the DDR2 RAM the T43 needs for $120/1GB stick. That's the lowest I've seen and I'll definitely buy upgrades (if I have to) through them.

Is there any reason that memory wouldnt work in my IBM R50. Im new to installing memory, so although Im very computer savvy, I just dont know if any laptop memory will work!

I don't know of any reason why it wouldn't.
