Heylo. I have here a Thinkpad 380ED that's in pretty nice shape, boots up 100% just fine. I've replaced the CMOS battery since obtaining it, and it works like a charm.

Aside from it being a bit dusty, it seems to have all the original hardware according to it's Type No: 2635-5AU.

It has a perfectly functional installation of Windows 95 on it, however opening Control Panel and some other software has rolled up prompts concerning missing data files, but nothing hinting at a unhealthy installation of Windows. I've since installed Roller Coaster Tycoon on it, which I can report for you- works beautifully fine at the 800x600 resolution that the 380ED can pull off.
This machine would make a great addition to a vintage collection, and is also a great machine for tinkering with the latest of very traditional IBM machines(Thinkpad 365, 760, 770, 600). I unfortunately don't have a genuine adapter to include, but I do have an adapter that works. It might be genuine, just for a different Thinkpad. But it does power on the machine, necessary because as expected, the battery holds no charge at all.
Any questions about the laptop ask on the topic, if you wish to purchase please PM me.

I have an original IBM adapter: P/N 26H6704, FRU 49G2196, Model AA19210
Works perfectly with Thinkpad models 350/360/370/380 and 750/755/760/765 and possibly others.
It doesn't have its "kettle cord" though, which is the same cord as goes into e.g. a PC power supply (or a kettle
).
Looks like this:

$15.- shipped to CONUS for the power supply, payment via PayPal accepted.
PM me if interested.

Are you talking about that one charger that has the plastic moulding where you can wrap the cord around it perfectly, and the end plug slots into the actual power brick for storage? That's the coolest charger I've ever seen in my life, I have one of those.
Update-price drop. I can also take an offer if anyone's remotely interested.
