2 IDE hard drives, both working fine (no odd noises), both with intact IBM Service partition. Both of these came from T43s.
Hitachi Travelstar 80gb, 4200rpm. P/N: 0A24704. I think this was an original T43 drive, but I don't see any FRU number. $20.
Seagate Momentus 100gg, 5400rpm. P/n 9w3234. "manufactured by Seagate for OEM distribution"; but no FRU number. Some of the markings slightly rubbed but no impact on function (let me know if you want a photo). $25
Shipping at actual cost. Flat rate box (domestic) is $5.15. Paypal OK.
FS: 2.5in IDE hard drives with "Service" Partition
Re: FS: 2.5in IDE hard drives with "Service" Partition
Seagate is SPF.
Travelstar is "off the market" for now (turns out I may need it).
