WTB: X220/230 w/IPS

Looking for a X220/230 with an IPS screen. At least with an i5 and 8gb ram. The rest is negotiable depending on price. Looking to keep it under 700 usd. PM me with what you have.
Will also be located in nyc for pick-up locally or for accepting deliveries within us.

If you're comfortable stripping down a Thinkpad, then you might have better luck getting a TN model and adding the IPS panel afterwards.
They seem to be €50 to €120 on eBay, but be careful that it's not simply "compatible" model for sale - you'll order an "IPS" and simply receive another TN. The LG part number is LP125WH2(
SL)(B1). Look at the X220/X230 HMM/BOM for Lenovo FRU numbers.

Thanks, I've been considering going that route now since I haven't found any loaded ones for sale atm.
