For sale on 7mm Hitachi 320GB 7200RPM Z7k320 hard drive. It was pulled from a working X220 and functions normally. The warranty on the X220 has expired, so I would presume there's none on the drive. The drive should work in most notebooks, though is best suited to machines with 7mm bays like the T and X series.
