FA: IBM Thinkpad T42p 2373-KXU Starting bid $1500 !!!(SOLD)

#1 Post by dcranford » Mon May 16, 2005 9:03 am

I have relisted my Thinkpad T42p on ebay and lowered the starting bid to $1500.00.

Because this forum is dedicated to thinkpads, if someone here would like to make an offer without going through ebay feel free

This laptop was purchased from Bill in July of 2004.

Here is the ebay link

The starting bid is for $1500.00, there are 2 days left on the auction.

If you pay for the shipping to Denmark, since you are on this forum, Ill definetly send it there ;-)

dcranford:

Can I ask what the condition is on this notebook and what it was used for?

Thank you; I'm interested.

Mostly it was used for my work from home days, also used for some Solaris on x86 testing. 98% of used for working from home. Never taken on trips or anything like that.

It is is MINT condition and , no dead pixels, no cracks. I have the original box and manuals, as well a recovery DVD that I created that I will send out with it.

If anyone would like to, they can email Bill@thinkpads.com and he will vouch for my validity as a customer in the past.

If someone wants to make a offer that I cant refuse , post it or PM me with it and I will consider all offers. Or you can just go to ebay and bid.

Thanks for the interest

I have the same laptop and love it. It has a lot of power but I might consider selling mine as well. What was the final selling price?
