Offer from Europe would be perfect, but US is also OK (I have a US address).

I have a W520 with quad-core, fingerprint reader, and 1080p, but only 1000M.

Maybe I'll settle for a 1000M if I couldn't find any...

OK, I think I just bought one on eBay.
Now it has to go from MA to OR and then to Europe...I hope it survives.
It should have a 2000M according to IBM serial number lookup; part # 0B01910 came up.

It arrived OK. Loaded with 2000M, in almost like new condition. No wear on the keyboard or touchpad, I found olny two or three almost invisible scratches.
I see that the seller is offering more of them in slightly various conditions:
