I have available several good used condition 9 cell batteries with Panasonic cells. Panasonic cells are widely known as one of the better celled ThinkPad batteries.

Some scratches and wear marks that do not affect functionality.

so what exactly is the "remaining capacity" part?

You list/mention both the design capacity and full charge capacity....

The remaining capacity would usually be the full charge capacity.

On #2 I didn't let the battery fully charge. I think it was at 99% when I made the listing and removed the battery from the ThinkPad T410 that it was charging in.
