Hit F1 to go into BIOS, once in, click on the "Security" tab, select Password.
Click on PowerOnPW first, fill in old, leave new blank, hit Enter.
Click on SupervisorPW, fill in old, leave new blank, hit Enter.
Now disable all other settings, starting from the bottom upwards.

Well respected forum member RealBlackStuff offers password removal services and can clear the passwords on this T520. Therefore, the new buyer will be able to be password free.
