Motherboard was replaced on this in 2011 under warranty for the NVIDIA defect. So this has the newer chip
Screen was also replaced at the same time.

Very clean machine ... has been lying around for the last one year since I got a T420. Decided to part with it now.
Used to use it for work in a docking station. Might have the docking station around have to find it.

Specs:
CPU T9300 - 6MB L2 cache

4:3 - 14.1" SXGA + ( screen is very clean and bright, no dead pixels etc.., was replaced in 2011 ).

DDR2 -PC6400 /800MHZ -- 8GB RAM ( these are HP branded Hynix sticks ). This makes a significant difference in combination of processor as opposed to PC5300 / 667MHZ. On applications such as virtual box or vmware.

WWAN CARD ( Verizon or AT&T ), with SIM CARD slot.

Smartcard reader

DVDRW

NMB Keyboard ( Brand new one, have a spare which I will install before shipping)

Hardrive comes with a 128GB ( Lenovo Toshiba SSD mini SATA 1.8" with adapter)

Wireless - Intel 6300 ( with wireless N antenna installed ).

You haven't mentioned which NVidia chip this has, or the video RAM size...

It has 128MB nVIDIA Quadro NVS 140M, the motherboard was replaced by Lenovo for the failing chip, it contains the newer chip with 2010 date code. ( I can get the exact motherboard FRU later, but I believe it was something like 44C*** )
