I've finally finished transitioning into a Dell setup of Latitude and Precisions and am quite happy with them so far. I have here my last Thinkpad that I have no use for any more. I bought this from a fellow forum member a couple years ago, and am ready to pass it along. It was a unit that had sat around as a spare in a corporate office, but was never used. Therefore the plastics are all in good condition overall. There are a couple scuffs on the lid, and a scratch on the bottom, but nothing that affects performance. The keyboard does show some light shine from me using it, but nothing crazy. The LCD is especially good for its age, shows no dead spots and has a nice even back light (although not as bright as a LED LCD, of course.)

Overall, it's a nice, solid, reliable unit that still has plenty of life left in it. I was using it with an Intel SSD and in no way did I feel limited.
