SOLD!: NOS sealed Crucial M4 256GB 2.5"/9.5mm SSD

I ended up with an "extra" SSD in the bulk that I had ordered for several builds...
Personally, I love the M4 - or C400 if you buy the Micron version - and have deployed dozens of them in various ThinkPads and FrankenPads. One of the two - the other being Intel 320 - ultimate SSDs for any pre-SATA III ThinkPad. Definitely not the fastest drive on the market - which is why I'm advising the use in *10 and older series ThinkPads - but cool-running (unlike the new M500/550) and dead reliable.
The drive is in 2.5"/9.5mm format, unused, comes in the original sealed anti-static bag. Warranty through mid-June of 2015, original purchase receipt is included for warranty purposes.
