Just happen to have one. Fully working with pen. The pen cap is a bit chewed up but it all works. New (rebuilt) CMOS batteries. 128 megs/10 gigs running original Windows 2000 install. Main battery holds a minimal charge. There is a short horizontal line in the screen but not too bad. PM me if interested.

I have one as well. Replaced my pen recently with Cross replacement, still have many ink refills, and even a few pages of an old IBM notebook in there. Main battery holds about 30-45 mins charge. Upgraded to 40GB 7200RPM and has 384 MB ram with Win2K, screen is perfect. Replaced CMOS battery but green battery (the one that powers the penpad when the PC is unplugged) I could not find a good replacement for (penpad works great as long as PC is plugged in). I even have the port multiplier

I think considering the upgrades 275 USD sounds about fair.
