Out of over 100 of these that came into liquidation I was able to find a few that looked like they had little or no use, flawless screens, no shiney keys, none of the textured rubber worn off the trackpad, etc...

These are tough little laptops designed to meet 9 of the Military Specs for use in extreme environments and they have a nice bright LED screen. I got several of these for family members and ended up with one too many, so I'm going to offer it here. I got these barebones, no harddrives, no operating systems, no batteries or ac adapters but I picked up all the pieces to complete them so I'll offer it complete. The harddrives I got ranged from 160-320gb and had Win seven installed. I installed one in each of these and I'll have to check which one comes with the one I'm selling here, but I know it will be at least 160gb. I also have a set of restore discs for a T410/T510/W510 which will work on this model and I can burn you a copy to go with it if you need them. It will also include a genuine 55+ lenovo battery, genuine AC adapter.

Original Specs

ThinkPad L412 (0553-A13)
i5-540M(2.53GHz), 3GB RAM, 160GB 7200rpm HD, 14.1in 1366x768 LCD, Intel HD Graphics, CDRW/DVDRW, Intel 802.11agn wireless, WWAN upgradeable, 1Gb Ethernet, UltraNav, Secure Chip, Fingerprint reader, 6c Li-Ion
I've priced this at a very reasonable $299 plus shipping, complete and ready to turn the key or I'll consider selling it barebones if anyone is interested.

This is one of the last thinkpads with the classic keyboard with full size keys including trackpoint and touchpad.

Condition is excellent with only minor exterior scuffs from shipping. I suspect these were all unissued or use on a docking station.

Payment via bank transfer (p2p, popmoney, etc), usps money order, Skrill, or paypal personal (gift) payment. Domestic shipping is a flat $20, international wil vary by location. I'd be open to doing some minor modifications so if you'd like an SSD or something we can talk.

fwiw, I have used one of these for the past 3.5 years and have encountered zero issues. It stays docked, connected to a 27" monitor via displayport and a usb keyboard. Used for an insurance estimating (xactimate) program and it handles it without any trouble. A very good machine in my opinion.
Good luck with your sale.
