WTB: Thinkpad T60 or T61

Looking for a well-cared-for T60 or T61 for use as a light duty web-browsing laptop for my wife. Open to various models but I'd like to avoid the lowest screen resolutions if possible. Please contact me if you have one that might fit the bill, thanks!

a) 60 vs 61?
b) screen size?
c) integrated vs. dedicated graphics?
d) price range?
