Absolutely, positively, one-off. Physically 9 out of 10, light wear on the usual spots but *very* clean overall.

Just try sourcing out all the parts and building a replica...

I have yet to get my Lasik done (not kidding) and that's really not on the top of the list of my priorities right now, so someone else should enjoy this thing of beauty...while I still have a good mind to sell it...

PM or email me directly to tataslonATaol.com with any questions/concerns.

Thank you.

Bright enough IMO. It doesn't seem like this particular panel has seen much use.

Sorry for the schadenfreude George. My vision is not great nor is it bad but I imagine the pixel density on that QXGA being too much for my eyes also! :?

Good luck with the sale :thumbs-UP:

Just noticed this; wow it's like the pinnacle of thinkpads :thumbs-UP:
Should be enshrined somewhere like at the Smithsonian or IBM Hall of Fame.

He seems very accommodating so he could probably downgrade that screen to one of lesser resolution. But that'd be a shame in a way given its all-around best-in-class specs. So it'd be nice to see this fine work of art sold as it is... like for $10-million at a Sotherby's auction :D

Thanks to everyone for their kind words and appreciation of this unique machine.

I'm withdrawing it from sale for now.
