What were the first set of Thinkpad machines after the T6x series that:

- Supported 16G RAM
- Had WUXGA / FHD screens

Thanks for the info. Didn't the T510 also come with or allow FHD option and 2 x 8G SODIMMs? Or did W510 go to 16G via 4 SODIMMs (I am guessing 32 = 4 x 8G DDR3?)

I'm not certain whether T510 was offered with QC CPUs...if it were, then it could take 16GB.

some w510 did come with touch screen but they don't take msata.
