Trade only: Thinkpad T410 for Dell D430

Ok I have a T410 which is a wonderful machine and has no flaws. But I never use it. I haven't even booted it in about 3 weeks. Time for a new toy. I am offering up my T410 *only* for trade for a Latitude D430.
Thinkpad T410

8GB DDR3
1440x900 or whatever it's not the 1280 lcd
256MB Nvidia GPU
NO HD, But I think I might have a spare 120-160GB SATA HD laying around. Speak up if you want it. Caddy, rails and screws included.
Power supply included.
Unit is in 8.5-9/10 IMO in physical condition. The SD slot works fine. As does the wifi switch. Keyboard has some shine as due it's age. Thinlight operates perfectly. Includes a Windows 7 COA. I don't have recovery media. But any OEM DVD will activate fine as long as it's Windows 7 Pro.
What I want
Latitude D430
ULV U7600 C2D CPU nothing weaker.
Must include HD and AC adapter.
Physical condition of no major scratches or blemishes (think 8/10)
RAM can be whatever, I have plenty DDR2 sticks laying around.
Would prefer it to include the external DVD-RW drive, but not a deal breaker.
Payment terms: We trade laptops. I pay to ship to you, you pay to ship to me. No money changes hands, only machines.
Why am I doing this, it's sooo crazy: because. I don't use the T410. Might as well give it a good home. I like new toys. Gimme your old D430.
I have done business with many users here over the years and have positive feedback in the feedback thread.
I might be willing to sell the T410 in 2 weeks if no one coughs up a D430.
OTHER: Pics available upon request. I am outside right now and don't feel like pulling the 7 digit XXXX-XXX code from the bottom. I will add later. Maybe when I get a fresh cold beer out of the fridge.
