I'm looking for Lenovo Recovery disks with Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, preferably with SP1 already in it.
Shipping to PA 18436.

Thanks for letting me know asap.

Sorry do not have any discs to offer, but wanted to chime in and say that I bought a T410 off of ebay recently that had a fan error message. Well said machine arrived, the fan error issue has been resolved, but it boots up to a fresh install of W7 ultimate that the previous owner put on there. The COA sticker on the machine was for Win7 Home or something, so I don't think they did a system restore (no recovery partition that I can see). But as long as I had a clean install of Win7 Ultimate (still), I made a Ghost backup of it. It's a 32bit install so you may not be interested, but you are more than welcome to have a copy of my ghost image if you want. Is this for a specific model you are looking for?

Thanks for the thought, but it has to be 64-bit.
FYI: Lenovo restore disks usually work on any Thinkpad with Slic2.1 in the BIOS.

You can always "make" a Windows 7 restore disk.

I've done it before, using a raw Windows 7 iso, and dropping in a set of files used for OEM installs. There's even a project over at the My Digital Life forums, where they're making a "Universal Multi-OEM" installer.

It's kind of tedious, as you have to extract the files from the ISO image, add the OEM files, and recompile said ISO image to get it to work, but at least you only have to do it once.
My "daily drivers":

T520 (4240-48u) - Core i7 2620m (2.7GHz), 8GB RAM, 80GB mSATA SSD, 1TB HDD, nVidia NVS 4200m (Optimus)
T43p (2668-VQ7) - 2.26GHz Pentium M, 2 GB RAM, 80 GB HDD, Radeon Mobility FireGL V3200

If you can`t find W7U X64 and get desperate, I have the recovery media that Lenovo sent me for my X230t (2DVD`s I think), W7Pro X64. Also have the 4disk set for T430s W7Pro X64.
Good luck,
